Faye helped me with 2 special requests for my stay while I got married and everything went absolutely perfectly. Thank you so much! Staff were all wonderful and friendly. Rooms were all perfect, we had a bunch of people in many rooms and nobody had any issues.

Stayed for a night to be close to the Jersey shore for the next morning. The hotel is newly renovated and clean. I really enjoyed the stay. Front desk is not the most friendly but does the job.

I highly recommend staying here if you are ever in the area. I stayed here twice so far and service is consistent. It’s affordable and renovated. Rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable. They have a smart TV so you can connect to Netflix or any other popular streaming service. There is a microwave that guest can use in the lobby. The only issue with my room was some of the USB c outlets did not work. There’s plenty of free parking spaces and felt very safe. Never had an issue. The front desk staff was amazing. I believe his name was Ian? He was really friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel. And everyone gets a warm cookie included in your stay !!! I am still thinking about it. It was a chocolate chip walnut cookie. I was able to get another one when I checked out!

The Gingerbread Ball at the DoubleTree by Hilton Tinton Falls was a spectacular evening! The venue itself is beautiful, with great ambiance. The food was a major highlight; guests consistently rave about the delicious cocktail hour spread and the dinner options, like the ginger-infused salmon. The staff, especially Allison and Nemo, made everything run seamlessly and were incredibly professional and attentive. The entertainment by the Jazz Lobsters was fantastic and had everyone dancing. Our hockey team just had a wonderful stay at this hotel for our season playoffs. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We had a minor issue upon our arrival and the true testament to service is how the staff responds because it is impossible to be perfect all the time. My issue was resolved with professionalism, respect, and a solution was quickly achieved. There are many ways they could have handled it that I would’ve docked a star, but I thought they did great. So, the details about everything else…this hotel has been recently updated. Everything has a newer and modern feel to it. The rooms were fairly spacious and had nice lighting accents, flat screen tvs, plenty of outlets and ports, chairs, storage, mini fridge and cute little coffee bar….but what I really loved was the lighted makeup mirror mounted to the wall in the bathroom. This trip is going to cost me, bc now I really want one at home! There is a restaurant and bar onsite and some nice communal spaces in the lobby which our team utilized both nights of our stay. On Saturday night, we had a big team dinner delivered and utilized those spaces. We were all very appreciative that the hotel did not try to tell us that we could not have outside food or drink bc we’ve run into that at several places and it is just so annoying. We spend so much on traveling and it’s economical for everyone to chip in on pizza vs paying $20 per person for hotel hamburgers…and it’s not always possible to find restaurants to accommodate the large group last minute. We are always conscientious about cleaning up after ourselves..and here, the staff was working so hard to keep the lobby presentable with everyone tracking in the chemicals due to the snow and ice. A few more details. The beds are comfy, the elevators were quick, there was plenty of parking (free), and while there isn’t anything within walking distance for dining options, there are several within about 5-10min plus we are near major highways. I will definitely select this hotel if it’s an option should we have games scheduled again in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Eatontown, NJ. The hotel is in a prime location, which made getting around very convenient. From the moment we arrived, the staff stood out as exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional, with excellent communication throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite, which gave our family much more space. Our teen slept on the pull-out couch bed. While we truly appreciated the extra room, the pull-out couch itself was not very comfortable. The room was spacious and modern, and having a Peloton in the room was a fantastic and unexpected amenity. One observation is that the bathroom is quite small, and the toilet seat is fairly low to the ground. This could be challenging if you are traveling with an elderly person or someone with mobility concerns. Overall, this was a five-star experience for us. We are very grateful for the outstanding service, thoughtful communication, and overall quality of our stay.

Im not from here but location is perfect where I need to go for my meeting in the morning. Service is exemplary and I appreciate it . My first room had a broken heater and I’m from the south so I need heat lol! They had someone come check it out, confirmed it wasn’t working and brought me another key and checked me into a room super close. THANK YOU!!! The service is normally what keeps me coming back to Hilton. The rooms of course! Clean and ample in size.

My husband and I had a weekend stay and we truly enjoyed this hotel. The staff was very professional and accommodating. As guest we must understand staff are humans too and must treat people with respect. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were heard and answered our questions. I want to shout out a new member of their crew Tiffany who kept us communicated in regards to an inquiry we had during our stay. Although we didn’t attend an event there we were able to see the preparation for 2 weddings during which the set up looked fabulous. We were about 25minutes from Ashbury Park which was close enough for us to drive to the beaches and restaurants coming from NYC. Lastly want to highlight the kitchen crew because the breakfast was delicious. My only recommendation would be to keep the coffee throughout the day because it was a good cup of Joe! I would recommend this hotel and am considering for future stays.
